Creggs v Monivea
Saturday 26th October
The conditions were perfect in Creggs on Saturday and the new 4G pitch was impressive but the U14's got off to a slow start and Creggs got in for an early try.
This set the tone for the game and Creggs scored 3 more times in the first half. Monivea came very close just before half-time, but Creggs turned it over and kicked it out for half time.
Monivea were much stronger in the second half with the scrum being our strong point and we stopped Creggs scoring in the 2nd half.
The Creggs defence kept us out for most of the 2nd half. We did manage 2 late trys but it wasn't enough.
Final score Creggs 22 - 12 Monivea.
