Ready for Rugby Webinar on Warm-Ups




After the long period of waiting to return to rugby, it is vital that we are able to protect our player performance by reducing the risk of injury and making sure players are ready to return.


A key component to making sure players stay injury-free and are ready to enjoy the game is the warm-up. We’ll go through the reasoning behind it, which exercises and drills to include, and what players can do right now as we wait for training to commence once again.
